The practice is co-led by partners Santiago Sepúlveda, who handles the structuring, development and financing of infrastructure projects, along with M&A and private equity investments; and José Ignacio Segura, who focuses on the electricity and natural gas industries from both regulatory and transactional perspectives. Counsel Vanessa Gimenez and senior associate Ana Irma Amado major on energy and infrastructure transactions, while associate Juan Carlos Luna R supports on matters relating to oil-and-gas, infrastructure, project finance and PPPs.
