The group is regularly instructed by international and domestic sponsors, developers, engineering and construction companies, investors and financiers, as well as Mexico’s Federal Electricity Commission (CFE). The practice is co-led by partners Santiago Sepúlveda, who handles the structuring, development and financing of infrastructure projects, along with M&A and private equity investments; and José Ignacio Segura, who focuses on the electricity and natural gas industries from both regulatory and transactional perspectives.
