Since publication, former Cuatrecasas foreign associate Luis Vazquez has joined the firm’s Mexico office (effective: March 2025) as head of practice, following 11 years as a partner at Creel, García-Cuéllar, Aiza y Enríquez, S.C.; focused on tax controversy and tax litigation, his practice also take in tax advisory, cross-border transactional tax matters and the application of tax treaties.
