Nader, Hayaux y Goebel, SC’s tax practice is well-versed in handling all relevant aspects of transactional matters, and is increasingly sought out as counsel for day-to-day tax matters and audits. Clients of the department include institutional investors and both international and domestic companies operating in a variety of industries in Mexico. Adalberto Valadez oversees the practice group, drawing on more than two decades’ experience assisting public entities and private companies with the federal tax implications of their operations; he focuses primarily on federal income tax and international tax. Ana Paula Pardo is the key contact for audits but also acts in estate management and transfer pricing matters; she is supported on all audits by associate Monserrat Reséndiz, who joined from ZG Manuel Tron Consultores in April 2022. The associate pool was further expanded with the addition of Juan Ignacio López from White & Case S.C. in November 2022, joining Iliana García in assisting with the full slate of transactional tax matters.
