Bart negotiates in a way which contributes to the success of relationships. He allocates much of his time to large IT and business process outsourcings which often stretch over multiple countries and jurisdictions. His work covers a broad spectrum, ranging from negotiating and drafting outsourcing agreements, software development agreements, software licences, implementation and SaaS agreements, to handling software license and compliance issues and IT-related disputes. He also has experience in setting up joint development, mutually integrated production, and joint marketing arrangements. Bart’s primary focus is structuring effective business relations. He likes taking a holistic view and forging an inspiring cooperation in diverse teams, leading to creative approaches and solutions. Bart has worked for more than half of the larger Netherlands based multinationals, including most of the larger Netherlands based banks and insurance companies. By teaching post-academic courses for young lawyers and performing occasional work for fintech companies and other start-ups, Bart likes to keep connected with trends and innovations that can benefit his larger clients.

Ruud is part of the IT-team at Van Doorne. He advises and litigates on IT-contracts, outsourcings and complex issues where IT is involved. Before joining the Bar in 2012, Ruud participated in a two-year management traineeship and worked as a management consultant. Because of this experience, Ruud easily understands the clients' business needs and acknowledges that legal advice should be practically applicable while being aligned with strategic objectives. Ruud worked for large and semi-large companies and (financial) institutions. He has a broad background and interests, for the matter as well as the people involved. In 2020 Ruud completed the post-academic Grotius IT-law education with a cum laude degree.

Louis Jonker is a leading expert in law and technology. Louis has over 20 years of experience in IT (sourcing) projects, especially in the (semi-)public sector. This includes advising clients during IT procurement processes and drafting and reviewing contract documentation. But also assisting clients during contract negotiations and in contentious matters.   Louis has specific expertise in addressing legal issues of and setting up strategic partnerships for digitalisation in regulated markets, ranging from traditional IT implementation projects to innovative customer-facing solutions and data sharing schemes.
