Lexence‘s real estate practice combines the teams experience in tenancy law, real estate development, transactions, public law and construction to advise domestic and international clients. The firm has recently introduced a sustainability team to assist with ESG issues involving leasing law and environmental law. Spearheading the practice, Bas Martens focuses on real estate and area development as well as construction disputes. Tomas Steenmetser retired from practice in 2024, while Michiel de Wit departed the firm in March 2025.
