Homble Solheim advokatfirma AS is a newly established boutique firm that has ‘unique knowledge and experience’ in employment law, advising employers and employees on pensions, dispute resolution and corporate governance matters. The firm was established in 2023 by practice head Runar Homble, who advises on the entire range of employment-related matters; Trond Erik Solheim, whose practice focuses on employment and pension work, contracts and litigation; and Anders Reiremo. All three practitioners were previously at Littler advokatfirma AS.

Trond Erik Solheim’s main areas of work are employment law, pension law and litigation. He has assisted many of Norway’s largest companies, pension funds and insurance companies in pension and employment law subject matters. Trond Erik also has experience from several major investigation assignments. He regularly assists both high-ranking and top executives and is sought-after in complex cases requiring extensive negotiation experience and a good understanding of a wide range of legal aspects.
