Selmer

More informationMore information

The ‘strategic and clever’ group at Selmer handles a broad mix of renewable energy and oil and gas mandates, including M&A, licensing transactions, contract work, and development projects. Instructions relating to hydropower, solar power, and wind power, both onshore and offshore, form core pillars of work on the renewables side, overseen by practice head Håkon Sandbekk. Other key names on the renewables front include electricity sector expert Liv Monica Stubholt and Martin Tandstad Ege, who focuses his practice on advising clients in the supplier industry. Thomas G. Michelet leads the oil and gas team and handles corporate, licensing and transactional mandates. Michelet works alongside regulatory specialist Øyvind Olimstad as well as Nicolai Myren, who is also recommended for cross-border work.
