The practice assists clients in both national and international arbitrations; recent international work includes advising Ariana Management Corporation on a claim against a transnational company for a breach of contract matter. Founding partner Fernando Rodriguez Angobaldo is another key team member, whose recent arbitral work includes defending a client in arbitration for damages against another company, while Enrique Varsi is also active in the arbitration field, particularly in relation to case strategy. Associates Marco Torres Maldonado, Lucero Ramírez Izaguirre and highly regarded up-and-comer Cesar Sanabria also assist on high-stakes cases.
