It is especially adept at handling controversies in the telecoms infrastructure sector, as showcased by the firm’s recent representation of Telefónica del Peru in an administrative case challenging fines imposed by OSIPTEL. Key support is provided by a strong bench of senior associates, including Joel Campos, Lucero Ramírez Izaguirre and Marco Torres Maldonado. However, partner Adolfo Pinillos left the firm with effect from June 2023.
