Rubio Leguía Normand

Rubio Leguía Normand‘s public law team serves a diverse clientele spanning the telecommunications, construction, food and pharmaceutical sectors (among others), offering advice on a broad array of public law matters including regulations, public procurement and the development of public-private investment projects. The team is co-led by Milagros Maraví, who specialises in public tenders and regulatory policy matters (particularly, advising on major public projects and private initiatives in Peru); and Milagros Mendoza, who focuses on promoting infrastructure works and public services through development processes and public tenders (with a strong emphasis on advising clients on PPPs and public procurement contracts). Further enhancing the team’s capabilities at associate level is senior Erick Cuba, who is an expert in public procurement, concessions, and administrative procedures.
