Rubio Leguía Normand‘s public law team serves a diverse clientele spanning the telecommunications, construction, food and pharmaceutical sectors (among others), offering advice on a broad array of public law matters including regulations, public procurement and the development of public-private investment projects. The team is co-led by Milagros Maraví, who specialises in public tenders and regulatory policy matters (particularly, advising on major public projects and private initiatives in Peru); and Milagros Mendoza, who focuses on promoting infrastructure works and public services through development processes and public tenders (with a strong emphasis on advising clients on PPPs and public procurement contracts).
