One of the notable legal forces in the CEE region, Kinstellar‘s Bucharest office has experience in cross-border dispute resolution of all forms, acting for a host of multinationals with operations in Romania. Remus Codreanu heads the practice group and is the lead contact on all of the firm’s litigation, arbitration, and white-collar crime cases. His support team includes Vlad Simion, a key member of litigation counsel teams; Andrei Covaliu, who acts in both arbitration and litigation; and Raluca Constantin, who has a focus on tax and regulatory litigation.
