Managing Associate

Vlad Simion is a Managing Associate in the Bucharest office. He mainly focuses on dispute resolution, restructuring & insolvency, compliance, risk and sensitive investigations and public procurement matters.

With more than 12 years of experience in representing clients in complex and multi-disciplinary litigation cases and arbitration disputes, both domestically and internationally. Vlad is highlighted for his strong client service, expertise and for through legal advice.

Vlad is specialized in all types of dispute resolution proceedings: civil, administrative and tax in nature.
