Advised the lenders on the S$1.8bn green loan facilities to Roma Central and Milano Central.
Advised the lenders on the S$2.18bn term loan facilities to Boulevard Development and Boulevard Midtown to finance the acquisition and construction of a mixed-use development comprising residential and hotel components at Marina View Singapore.
