B P Collins LLPB P Collins LLP advises employers and employees on the full gamut of contentious and non-contentious employment issues, with a specialist focus on enforcing and resisting restrictive covenants claims and directors’ duties, as well as managing executive exits. Jo Davis leads the practice and is recognised for her employment litigation experience. Kathryn Fielder acts for corporate clients on restrictive covenants, TUPE, employment status and redundancy matters, as well as discrimination, whistleblowing and unfair dismissal claims at tribunal.
