Setterwalls’ banking and finance practice group advises major clients on a broad range of issues, spanning from syndicated loan agreements to regulatory advice. Mikael Magnusson advises a varied client base that includes domestic and regional banks, debt funds, private equity sponsors, and corporate borrowers, on leveraged, fund, and real estate finance mandates as well as refinancings and restructurings. He leads the team alongside energy lawyer Jonas Frii and Gothenburg-based real estate finance specialist Jesper Kuschel. Carl Lindencrona’s considerable experience encompasses domestic and international acquisition, real estate, and asset finance transactions. Senior associate Elin Jansson plays a key role in the team, advising on financing transactions across the whole debt spectrum.
