For more than 20 years, Jonas Frii has been advising clients in matters pertaining to mergers & acquisitions and banking and finance, primarily within the energy sector.

Dealing with highly complex matters on a daily basis, in both a national and an international context, have resulted in a unique understanding of his clients' needs and expectations. Among Jonas’ clients you will find developers, international investors and off-takers.

Throughout the years, Jonas has to a large degree also been highly engaged with matters pertaining to equity capital markets and corporate governance, e.g. through positions as AGM chair and board secretary of Swedish listed companies and international investment funds.
