More informationMore information

At Setterwalls, the team of 'outstanding practitioners' has an excellent track record in advising on the full gamut of IP matters. The group is well known for acting for multinational clients in complex IP litigation, and is equally strong on non-contentious work, including IP protection and commercialisation matters. Pharmaceutical, automotive and technology are key sector strengths for the department. Fredrik Roos specialises in IP transactions, licensing, and marketing issues; he jointly heads the practice with patent litigator Martin Levinsohn, trade mark and marketing law expert Per Lidman, and the 'great' Sophia Spala, who is active in the media sector.
