  • Represented Fiba Holding A.S. (Fiba) active in various sectors in Türkiye in a two-tier transaction involving the sale of a majority stake in their insurance arm, Fiba Emeklilik ve Hayat A.S., to HDI Sigorta A.Ş. (HDI) and establishment of joint venture with HDI with an aim to digitalize their insurance product sale channels.
  • Represented Çimsa Çimento Sanayi Tic. A.Ş. (Çimsa), a subsidiary of Turkish conglomerate Sabancı Group, in a deal involving the transfer of part its assets in the cement sector to Fernas Group Companies with an asset transfer agreement.
  • Worked alongside Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP in a project involving acquisition of Italian BOMI Italia SpA (BOMI) by client United Parcel Service (UPS).
