Işık leads Moroglu Arseven's intellectual property team. She has wide experience in every aspect of IP advice, including counselling, enforcement and litigation matters. She advises and represents local, foreign and multinational clients about trademarks, industrial designs, patents, copyrights, domain names, and seizures of counterfeit goods, among others. Işık’s work spans a range of industry sectors, including fashion, retail, hospitality chains, alcohol and cosmetic companies, as well as software. She manages the IP portfolios of several major multinational companies in Turkey, often on a long term basis. These extended relationships mean Işık’s strategic portfolio management produces measureable results over time. Her work ethic, close communication with clients, and experience with innovative cases distinguish Işık from other IP professionals.

Ezgi advises clients on a full range of intellectual property issues and transactions. She supports clients to establish, protect and enforce intellectual property rights both in Turkey and overseas. Ezgi’s work primarily focuses on trademark prosecution, strategy and enforcement, encompassing all aspects of trademark and unfair competition. She advises many local and foreign clients, including major multi-national organizations. Ezgi also advises clients on patent, industrial design, utility model, domain name, company/business names, and manufacturer liability disputes. She often builds customized anti-counterfeiting programs for brand owners, including raids, seizures and settlement negotiations with counterfeiters.
