The ‘pragmatic and punchy’ private wealth management team at Sayenko Kharenko handles compliance and KYC checks involving foreign institutions, banks and service providers; the acquisition of property abroad; the restructuring of assets to comply with new controlled foreign companies legislation; personal investments; relocation issues; and matrimonial law.
