Counsel Dmytro Riabikin specializes in corporate law, private wealth management, M&A, capital markets and securities market.

Dmytro has extensive experience of advising clients on various private wealth management issues including protection of interests of beneficial owners of Ukrainian and foreign businesses. Mr Riabikin regularly advises on private and business assets structuring, including setting up trust structures, foundations and family offices.

Prior to joining Sayenko Kharenko, Mr Riabikin for several years worked in the corporate law department at one of the largest independent law firms in Ukraine.
