Position

Amy is of counsel of Maples and Calder’s Finance and Corporate teams in the Maples Group’s Jersey office.  Amy has knowledge and experience of a wide range of corporate and finance matters, including mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, joint ventures, structuring/establishment/operation of acquisition and holding structures, corporate and financing downstream private equity transactions, lender and borrower side financings and leveraged/structured financings.  She also advises on listing services on The International Stock Exchange (TISE).

Career

Amy joined the Maples Group in October 2018.  She previously worked at another international law firm in Jersey.

Maples Group advises both international banks and US private equity funds on matters of leveraged, fund and real estate finance, while also offering expertise on Sharia-compliant loan structures. Jersey structure specialist Mark Crichton leads the team alongside Paul Burton, who focuses on structured note issuances and CLO matters.
