Maples Group‘s ‘knowledgeable’ capital markets team advises clients on a range of debt transactions, including structured finance matters, CLOs and TISE listings. Jersey structure specialist Mark Crichton leads the team alongside Paul Burton, who focuses on structured note issuances and CLO matters.
