Oscar specialized in the structuring of financing and real estate operations, providing support to financial institutions and investors in the implementation of legal strategies for credit facilities, syndication and restructuring, land bank acquisition and joint venture creation for project development. Additionally, he has experience in hotel transactions (business class and resorts), including hotel operating agreements and subordination, non-disturbance and attornment agreements for hotel financing.
