Kasper Laustsen has many years of experience and in-depth knowledge within both IP and IT law, including outsourcing, IT disputes and transactions related to digital companies. Kasper has been involved in negotiations in some of the largest IT outsourcing agreements in Denmark and abroad as well as assisted in the arbitration relating to large and complex IT disputes.

Kasper is a certified IT lawyer with a strong commercial mindset and a solid technical understanding. Kasper has perfected his skills in IT law through involvement in numerus complex matters as well as continuous education. Kasper has an ITIL Foundation certification and Prince2 certification.
