Position

Emily advises on a broad range of corporate law and capital market matters and is regularly involved in capital markets transactions and M&A transactions both in Europe and in the United States. Prior to joining Gorrissen Federspiel, she spent more than five years practicing as an attorney in New York at Hughes Hubbard & Reed and London at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett. Emily has considerable experience advising both issuers and underwriters, including on matters relating to high yield bond issuances and capital restructurings. She was admitted to the New York bar in 2013 and holds a master's degree from Columbia Law School and a PhD from the University of Antwerp.
