Position

Attorney, partner. Kristina has many years' experience in EU and competition law, and in marketing and intellectual property law, especially copyright law. Kristina takes part in the legal and secretariat functions for UBO, and in this context provides advice to a large number of Danish and foreign TV stations on third-party exploitation of TV-station content in the Nordic countries, including on the interface between copyright law and competition law. Kristina also provides advice on the primary acquisition of rights by TV stations in relation to employees, producers, sports events organisers and other rightholders. In addition, Kristina assists TV stations in relation to hearings on EU regulation and legislative amendments within copyright law in Denmark as well as in Norway. Through her work Kristina has gained considerable insight into the Nordic extended collective licence system; as an example, she has provided advice to the Vietnamese Ministry of Culture on the regulation of collective management organisations. Kristina has taught family law and the law of wills and succession at University of Copenhagen, and she provides advice to clients on succession issues, including estate planning, and she assists in connection with the administration of estates of deceased persons.
