Fernando Mantilla-Serrano, Global Co-Chair of the International Arbitration Practice, brings deep knowledge and experience in international arbitration representing companies, states, and state-owned entities in highly complex commercial and investor-state disputes. Mr. Mantilla-Serrano acts as lead counsel in arbitrations conducted under the main institutional arbitration rules (ICC, LCIA, SCC, ICDR), as well as ad hoc rules, in venues around the globe. He has in depth experience in complex investor-state disputes, in particular under the aegis of ICSID. He serves regularly as tribunal chairman, sole arbitrator and party-appointed arbitrator, and has also served as an expert before arbitral tribunals and state courts. His practice covers numerous sectors, with particular focus on the oil & gas, power, natural resources, construction, manufacturing, and automotive industries. Georgios, one of the founding partners of Three Crowns, based in the Paris office, has a broad practice spanning more than two decades and covering inter-State, investment, and commercial disputes. Todd Wetmore, a founding partner of Three Crowns, is based in Paris, where he has handled complex international commercial arbitration cases for over 25 years. As counsel, he represents clients in high-stakes disputes around the world in diverse sectors including high-tech manufacturing, automobile distribution, aviation, oil and gas, electricity, and mining. He has deep experience with disputes presenting challenging financial and technical issues, such as those arising from banking operations, teaming arrangements, supply and M&A deals, and gas pricing, under both common law and civil law systems. Todd is also a recognised specialist in infrastructure and construction disputes and has led teams handling some of the largest construction disputes in arbitration. Dr. Ioana Knoll-Tudor is a partner in the Paris office and member of the International Arbitration Practice. Ioana has over 15 years of experience with arbitral practice and procedure, both in commercial and investment arbitration. She has represented and advised clients in numerous international and domestic arbitrations (both institutional and ad hoc), with a particular focus on the energy, construction, competition & distribution and post-M&A sectors. She also acts in post-arbitration proceedings (annulment and enforcement of arbitral awards) before French courts. She is regarded as a Next Generation Partner in international arbitration by The Legal 500 - International Arbitration (2023). Dr. Knoll-Tudor has an extensive knowledge of the CEE region, having dealt and worked with every Eastern European jurisdiction, and having spent 10 years in the Warsaw and Budapest offices of an international law firm.
