Ms. Rabinovich is a Senior Associate in FBC’s Litigation Department. Her practice concentrates on corporate and commercial litigation, with a particular emphasis on class actions and derivative suits. Prior to joining FBC, Ms. Rabinovich clerked for the Honorable Justice Daphne Barak-Erez of the Supreme Court of Israel. During her legal studies, Ms. Rabinovich was a member of the editorial board of the Tel Aviv University Law Review, as well as an editor of the Law, Society and Culture book series. Ms. Rabinovich also served as a research and teaching assistant at the Tel Aviv University Faculty of Law.
