Cezary Przygodzki

Cezary Przygodzki is the head of Dentons' Tax team in Poland, where he focuses on international tax planning and M&A structuring. He advises clients on the tax aspects of restructuring and reorganizing their businesses, as well as foreign investors in Poland, particularly with regard to the tax incentives and reliefs offered to investors. In addition, Cezary is available to assist clients with tax-related disputes, litigations, and administrative proceedings. His clients mainly come from the energy, media, technology, and real estate sectors, although he also has experience assisting financial institutions and private equity funds.
