Edward Preston
Edward stood down from the partnership in 2018 after 23 years as Senior Partner to become a senior consultant. He has continually been ranked as a leading individual /Hall of Frame in the field of criminal defence for many years. He represents clients charged in high profile criminal case including murder, conspiracy to murder, Hatton Garden burglary and many types of fraud. He also acted in a European court case in relation to a secret murder trial. Edward represents clients to the highest level. His preparation of cases is second to none and he leaves no stone unturned. He will often argue novel and complex legal argument.    
Kirsty Bishop
Kirsty has been a partner at the firm for over 10 years and has 20 years of experience representing clients charged with the most serious offences. Kirsty is the Head of the Fraud department and has a wealth of experience in this area. Kirsty has expertise dealing with all offences including murder, serious drugs offences, sexual offences, robbery and fraud. Kirsty is meticulous in her case preparation and this coupled with her client care and tenacity, ensures that her clients are fully supported during the legal process whilst also receiving the highest level of representation.  
Natalie Berman
Natalie is a Partner and Head of the Crown Court Department. She was called to the bar in 2006 and qualified as a solicitor in 2008. She is a tenacious advocate representing clients charged with the most serious criminal offences. She has appeared in the Court of Appeal on a number of occasions as well as being led on many cases including murders, complex frauds and large scale drug conspiracies. In recent years she has undertaken work defending those charged in the Military Courts and is familar with their procedures and processes.   Natalie has a large client base, representing defendants charged with all manner of offences, ranging from multi handed murders to driving offences.  Natalie is often instructed at the pre charge stage and is consistently successful in making representations to avoid charges being brought.   Natalie is incredibly hard working  and passionate in what she does.  She goes above and beyond in terms of her preparation and to ensure everything that can be done, is. This coupled with her friendly but robust approach, means she is committed to secure the right outcome in every case   
Paul Harris
Paul is the Senior Partner of the firm, having been there for 30 years.  Paul is a past LCCSA president and a respected member of the profession. He is often asked to comment on issues arising in cases that attract media attention and he has also been called as an expert witness to the House Of Lords science and technology committee in order to give evidence on how effective the admissibility of expert evidence is in the criminal justice system. Paul is also one of the solicitor representatives on the Lord Chief justice’s criminal procedure rules Committee. Paul was instructed in the Hillsborough case, independent child abuse and other high profile enquiries. He also has extensive experience in relation to Inquests, including those arising from Grenfell.  He has in excess of 25 years’ experience of representing clients charged with all types of criminal offences. Paul is very approachable and is often very effective in bringing matters to a favourable resolution at the pre charge stage   
Shila Keshvari
Shila is the Managing Partner of the firm. Shila has particular experience in representing clients charged with the most serious of criminal offences including serious and complex cases, fraud, murder, terrorism, drugs and POCA cases. Shila is renowned for her eye for detail and client care which has led to her having a large national client base and receiving many referrals to represent clients from many different walks of life
