Giorgio advises Italian and international clients on financial and debt capital markets transactions with a focus on acquisition finance, real estate asset management, mutual investment funds, structured finance, securitisation of credits, including those arising from real estate transactions, guaranteed bank bonds, debt consolidation plans and restructuring, debenture loans, and Euro Medium Term Note programmes.

Giorgio Cappelli joined the Firm in 1995 and became a Partner in 1999. He previously worked for Banca di Roma in the International Finance Department.
