Damian is a partner in Beauchamps' Corporate, Commercial and M&A department, who joined Beauchamps in November 2018 having previously worked as in-house counsel for Oracle Corporation's EMEA operations. As a result, he brings valuable insight and strategic experience, having "been the client". Damian originally qualified as a barrister in 2000.

Experienced in all areas of corporate and commercial law, Damian's recent focus has been on complex commercial contracts (cross industry but with particular expertise in the technology space), data protection, franchise agreements, M&A, and cross-border structuring.
