Position

Gerry is a partner in the Commercial Property department and practices in all aspects of commercial property and re-structuring. In particular, he advises on the acquisition, structuring and disposal of all commercial, retail, industrial and residential property, together with associated financing, insolvencies and work-out arrangements. Gerry acts for a wide range of institutions and insolvency practitioners in connection with the property / security aspects of their due diligence, financing, enforcement, work-outs, asset disposals and re- structuring.

Gerry's clients include a range of lenders, insolvency practitioners, developers, sellers, tenants, investors, retailers, charities, sporting bodies and statutory authorities. In addition, Gerry facilitates the liquor licensing and events licensing requirements of all our entertainment and retail clients, and lenders and insolvency practitioners who require advice, court action or project management in respect of their interests in existing or newly developed licensed premises.
