Anders Eriksson
Anders Eriksson
Partner Anders is the chairman of Lindahl’s specialist group regarding Construction law and is also a member of the specialist group regarding Commercial Dispute Resolution. Anders specializes in construction disputes, litigation and arbitration. He is regularly appointed as arbitrator in construction disputes. Furthermore, he has a considerable experience of reviewing and preparing construction contracts at the request of real estate companies and other customers, for example profit making state utilities and public utility housing companies. On a yearly basis, Anders is also educating in construction law at the University of Lund. Anders is involved in several industry organizations, such as the Swedish Arbitration Association, the Arbitration Association for Southern Sweden as well as the Swedish Society for Construction and Consulting law.

Partner Anna has more than 25 years experience from qualified legal and tax work, the last 20 years within Lindahl and previously  PWC and the Administrative Court of Appeal . Anna advises on tax issues on a continuous basis for a variety of clients, particularly clients with cross border activities,  with start –up  and structuring activities and winding-up and restructuring of  businesses and organizations. Anna regularly assists clients with mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures, incentive programs and transfer pricing issues. Anna is also handling tax litigation for Swedish and international clients and has for many years acted as local counsel to subsidiaries of foreign companies and investors. Anna is Vice Chairman at Advokatfirman Lindahl and Länsförsäkringar Uppsala and Member of the board of ISOR, The Institute for Taxes and Rule of Law.
Bengt Bolin

Partner Bengt heads Lindahl’s Dispute Resolution practice group and the Uppsala office litigation team. He has many years of experience in all kinds of commercial dispute resolution. He is continuously engaged as counsel in litigations and arbitrations and also acts as arbitrator. Bengt is co-author to Lindahl´s Guide to Commercial Dispute Resolution. Member of the Swedish Arbitration Association. Bengt gives on a regular basis courses and seminars, as well as educational films and expert commentaries for Blendow Lexnova, a leading legal news and education provider. He lectures together with a litigation lawyer at Swedish Insurer Folksam on burden of proof issues in insurance litigations. An article by him on a Supreme court case on procedural issues concerning professional liability for attorneys-at-law was published 2019 in one of the leading legal publications, Juridisk Tidskrift. Bengt has built a solid reputation as counsel in both arbitration and litigation. He is increasingly involved in issues related to insurance and professional sport disputes. Bengt has also been elected one of the lawyers in the “arbitration initiative”, 30 experienced lawyers in Sweden nominated by some of the most prominent arbitration lawyers in Sweden to assist in an arbitration offer to courts which have had to cancel main hearings due to the corona virus. Examples of recent and current mandates: Supportive counsel in one of the largest auditor liability cases ever in Sweden on issues of appeal to the supreme court (1,7 billion SEK). Representing an investment company of one of Sweden’s most reputated finance families in SCC-arbitration concerning compensation for services (counterparty claim 150 MSEK). Head counsel in SCC-arbitration concerning Sweden’s biggest football player transfer 2017 (excess of 13 MSEK). Lead counsel in sensitive dispute over high value classical music instruments between two different royal entities. Lead counsel for a medical clinic in Uppsala involved in an on-going sensitive dispute with the local municipality where principal issues and criminal allegations have been made as well as acts in breach of the constitution. Co-counsel in SCC-arbitration on a share purchase agreement dispute, concerning a milestone payment of approx.. 500 MSEK. Arbitrator in contract dispute with dispute value at approx. 200 MSEK.

Senior Associate Christian Sundén is a member of Lindahl’s IP group. He joined the firm in 2014 and has been working in the field of intellectual property since 2012. Christian has gained significant experience in work related to trademarks, designs, copyright and patents and in drafting and negotiating IP agreements. Thanks to his degree in business administration, with focus on marketing, he is skilled in dealing with unfair competition issues as well. Christian’s area of expertise is dispute resolution. He has successfully represented high tech companies before the Court of Justice of the European Union and has broad experience and deep understanding of different types of industries, including fashion, furniture, food, safety and security goods and the automotive industry. From time to time, Christian lectures in intellectual property in the graphic design program at Malmö University. He is a member of the International Trademark Association (INTA) and the European Communities Trademark Association (ECTA).

Partner | Advokat David is a member of the Dispute Resolution Group and leads the group's Stockholm operations. He has extensive experience of international and domestic arbitration and court litigation and his broad experience includes, inter alia, IT, telecom, construction, infrastructure, shareholders', securities and insolvency related disputes and investment treaty arbitration. David also is appointed arbitrator on a regular basis. In addition to his arbitration and litigation work, David has been engaged in various insolvency related matters as well as CSR, sustainability and anti-corruption matters, including several highprofile corruption investigations.

Partner Dennis Westermark is a member of the Capital market and Commercial dispute resolution groups with main focus on company law and capital markets transactions. Dennis advises clients in connection with various capital market transactions, and works regularly with capital raising, IPOs, incentive programmes, and general meetings. He lectures regularly about capital markets. Dennis also has a broad experience of advising in relation to general corporate matters, corporate governance and regulatory matters on the equity capital markets, such as disclosure and market abuse matters. Dennis is together with Monica Lagercrantz the author of Om nyemission (Norstedts Juridik, 2013), and together with Monica Lagercrantz and Ola Svanberg the author of Om incitamentsprogram (Norstedts Juridik, 2019). Dennis and Monica are also the authors of the chapter on share issues in Börsrätt (Studentlitteratur, 4 u, 2017).

Partner Fredrik Gillgren is a member of Lindahl’s Banking and Finance group and is specialised in finance transactions and debt restructurings. Fredrik regularly advises Swedish and international corporates, real estate companies, private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, and banks and other financial institutions on a wide range of domestic and cross-border debt finance transactions with a focus on leveraged and other acquisition finance transactions, real estate financings, general corporate lending, bonds, refinancing and financial restructurings (pre-insolvency debt workouts).

Partner Henrik is a member of the Public Procurement and Insolvency groups. He works a great deal with matters concerning public procurement, commercial contracts, insolvency and dispute resolution. Henrik has substantial experience of advising clients on public procurements and appeals, drafting commercial agreements, insolvency and commercial disputes. Henrik is frequently engaged as a lecturer in these areas and he publishes articles and chronicles in the Swedish procurement journal, Anbudsjournalen.

Partner Johan is a member of the Lindahl's Intellectual Property and Commercial dispute resolution groups with main focus on copyright and marketing law. In addition, he also specialises in commercial agreements and has extensive experience with agreements used by the IT and media industries. As a result of his specialised knowledge in these sectors, Johan is often engaged as counsel before both courts and arbitral tribunals, particularly in disputes relating to breach of contract, infringement/usage, and damages. In addition, Johan acts as counsel in construction disputes. Thanks to his experience, Johan often provides advice on related areas of law, such as protection of trade secrets and questions related to commercial agents, commission agreements, and distribution agreements. Johan’s interest in privacy issues has also led to extensive experience on issues relating to personal data (GDPR) and e-commerce, as well as matters involving freedom of the press and freedom of expression, including defamation. Johan is the author of two agreement modules related to service and consultancy agreements and IT agreements in Norstedts Juridiks’s database service, JUNO. He co-authored Reklamjuridik and Marknadsföringsrätt – den materiella rätten och processen, two books on the law of marketing.

Partner Johan is head of Lindahl’s property group. He has extensive experience from real estate transaction, and is continuously representing several listed companies. He is also specialized in construction and consultancy issues. He often works on a project basis and regularly advises a great number of clients on issues related to land development (residential, retail and industrial) and infrastructure. Johan regularly lectures on property and construction issues, at e.g. Malmö University. He gives lectures on litigation and negotiation techniques at Lund University. He is a member of the Property, Construction and Infrastructure groups. Johan is a member of the board of several client companies, and is also a member of the board of Lindahl’s Malmö office.

Partner Johan specializes in IP with a focus on national and international trademarks, designs and patents. He also works with IP related contractual issues and litigation. Johan heads Lindahl's Intellectual Property group and is a member of the Life Sciences group. He is a member of the International Trademark Association (INTA) and serves on its committee on copyright piracy. He is also a member of the international trademark organizations Marques, AIPPI, ECTA and the Swedish Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (SFIR). 
Lars Arrhed

Partner Lars works with general business law with key expertise in TIME (telecom, IT, media and entertainment) and construction. He studied European intellectual property law at Stockholm University while serving as a clerk at court. Lars was formerly a project leader in the media sector in Sweden and Norway. He has worked for the Swedish association of publishers on legal issues concerning publishing and with clients in the entertainment and IT sectors. He works with construction disputes and real estate transactions and in recent years has worked with orientation to new forms of co-operation during project-based supply in both the construction and IT sectors. Lars heads the trademark group and the competence group på Ip at Lindahl's office in Göteborg. He is also a member of the Public Procurement group.

Managing Partner | Advokat Mårten is the Managing Partner for Lindahl Uppsala. Mårten has experience in company law, corporate transfers, Private Equity, stock market law and commercial contract law, including, among other things, agent and distribution agreements, licensing, manufacturing agreements and various forms of cooperation agreements. He is part of Lindahl's Corporate Finance competence group and works with clients in a variety of industries, although a large part of them are active in Life Science. In addition to the business at Lindahl, Mårten also has a number of board assignments.

Partner Mats specialises in Corporate Commercial, M&A, International trade and IT. Mats is specialised in industrial knowledge and has more than 20 years of experience from transactions, corporate law and global supply agreements for the Swedish industry. He was formerly the Nordic General Counsel and a member of the management team at the telecom operator 3 in Scandinavia (owned by Investor AB and Hutchison Whampoa Ltd in Hong Kong). Mats Tindberg is a member of ICC Committee of Digital Economy since 2003.

Partner Michael works with M&A, corporate law, securities and capital markets law and data protection. He is part of Lindahl's groups for Corporate Finance, Capital Markets and Public M&A as well as IT/Tech and works with clients in a number of industries. Michael has extensive experience in corporate acquisitions, capital market, ownership and contract matters as well as data protection matters, and has assisted in several market listings. Michael is also Lindahl's data protection officer.

Partner Mikael has a broad business law background with a key expertise in environment, energy and real estate law. He regularly advises clients on permit applications to environmental courts and other instances, particularly with respect to energy, infrastructure and water operations projects. In the energy sector he has long experience of regulatory questions and litigation concerning electricity, natural gas, oil and waste as well as matters concerning nuclear power and radiation. His practice areas also include other regulated markets including trade in energy and emission rights. He often works with management of environmental risks in conjunction with the transfer of companies and real estate. He is listed by Legal 500 and Chambers and the author of several legal articles as well as a book on energy law.

Ola regularly represents clients with raising capital, takeovers and squeeze-out procedures, incentive programs, corporate governance, disputes regarding sanctions and market abuse and transparency requirements. Ola is retained Norstedts Juridik as an author of law commentary for the Market Abuse Regulation and has, together with Dennis Westermark and Monica Lagercrantz, written the book About incentive programs for Norstedts Juridik. Ola is also often engaged as an expert lecturer by listed companies, law firms, and top accounting firms.

Partner Ottilia is a member of the Employment group and a member of the Commercial Dispute and Resolution group, with her main focus being employment law and employment law related disputes. Ottilia advises clients on the full range of both contentious and non-contentious employment, pension and incentive matters from hiring to firing (including issues related to work environment, discrimination, integrity and co-determination and including internal investigations, trade union consultations and disputes), and has particular experience from advising on employment, pension and incentive matters arising in connection with large-scale cross-border transactions, restructurings and re-organizations. Ottilia has a deep knowledge and understanding of the regulatory framework governing remuneration within the Financial Services Sector and assists both financial institutions and fund management companies on their remuneration policies and structures.

Partner Staffan is a partner at Lindahl’s Malmö office since 2006. Staffan works with real estate, M&A and general business law. Several of Staffan’s clients are active in the real estate, transport, energy, food and retail industries. In addition, Staffan has long experience from working on various matters involving third party rights and insolvency. In recent years, Staffan has had extensive international assignments within the automotive industry and the aircraft industry, in which he has led teams that have represented corporations as well as states. Since 2010, Staffan has been mentioned by international directories such as Chambers and Partners, where he is described as "Focused and easy to work with", and the Legal 500, where he is stated to be "Helpful, flexible and efficient". The Swedish real estate publication, FastighetsSverige 3, 2009, ranked Lindahl's property team number 2 in Sweden, with Staffan as the leading lawyer.
