Simon Falbe-Hansen is specialised in M&A and corporate law.

Simon advises both Danish and international clients on mergers and acquisitions, investments, restructurings, capital markets, commercial contracts, and general corporate law. He has in this regard advised on several complex transactions - both domestic and cross-border.

Additionally, Simon has been an external lecturer at the University of Copenhagen as well as Copenhagen Business School (CBS).
