Mia Anne Gantzhorn has extensive experience within all aspects of competition law, EU Law and state aid. She advises both Danish and international clients on matters concerning competition law, extending from merger control to anti-competitive agreements as well as general assessments of potential competition law issues. In addition, Mia regularly gives lectures on the framework of the Competition Act as well as sector-specific consequences and has taught EU Law at the University of Copenhagen. Mia is highly experienced in representing businesses in connection with dawn raids conducted by the Danish Competition Authorities and advises on how to handle such situations and assists clients with the practical matters in connection hereto. In recent years, Mia has advised on matters within state aid - both identification and structuring of support schemes as well as subsequent handling of illegal aid.
