Jeanette Illum-Johansen is specialised in corporate law and advises both Danish and international clients on mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, commercial contracts, and general corporate law.

Additionally, Jeanette is a certified insolvency lawyer and member of the Ministry of Taxation's board of lawyers. She has significant experience within insolvency law and has undertaken the handling of several bankruptcies and company restructurings.
