Jakob Mosegaard Larsen is a trusted advisor of Danish and international private equity and venture funds and has extensive experience in fund formation and structuring.

Jakob’s areas of practice further comprise mergers and acquisitions, cross-border IPOs and venture capital projects just as he has considerable experience advising biotech and life science companies in connection with financing rounds and licensing agreements.

Jakob is chairman of the legal committee of Active Owners Denmark (DVCA) and a member of the Danish Lawyers’ Association for tax law.

During his work as an attorney Jakob has obtained an Executive MBA from Copenhagen Business School.

Chairman of the Danish Venture Capital and Private Equity Association’s legal committee Member of Invest Europe’s Legal and Regulatory Committee Member of the Danish Lawyers’ Association for Tax Law.

Admission 2004. Admitted to the Danish High Court 2009.
