Career
Christian advises Danish and international private equity firms, financial institutions, and service and industrial companies on matters related to M&A, capital markets, and corporate law. He primarily advises in sectors such as healthcare, IT/tech, fintech, and media.
Christian’s deep understanding of both legal and commercial matters makes him a valuable sparring partner for his clients. He has significant board experience and expertise in political advocacy, including serving as former Chairman of the Danish Radio and Television Board and Deputy Chairman of TV2 Denmark A/S. Currently, Christian serves on the boards of several companies, including Movinn A/S, DCR Solutions A/S, P. M. Daells Fond, and P. M. Daells Invest. He is also a member of the Danish Business Advisory Council and the Fintech Group.
