Thomas Dahl Fredslund advises in commercial law, including in particular regarding bankruptcy, company restructuring, acquisitions, financing, development of business and a wide range of issues related to the daily operations of a business. Thomas Dahl Fredslund has in this connection handled matters in a number of industries ranging from shipbuilding and heavy industries, venture capital and the concept of operating a craftman’s business. Thomas Dahl Fredslund has significant litigation experience within the areas mentioned. Furthermore, Thomas Dahl Fredslund worked as a prosecutor for the Public Prosecutor for Serious Economic Crime (Fraud Squad) in criminal proceedings against the listed company Memory Card Technology A/S's former director in the period January 2007 to December 2010.

Thomas Dahl Fredslund is a member of the Danish Lawyers committees for banking and finance and has, additionally, obtained certification as insolvency attorney at the Association of Danish Insolvency Attorneys in 2018.
