Lars Lüthjohan Jensen advises within M&A, capital markets and securities law and venture capital investments.
Lars has extensive experience within cross-border M&A and ECM transactions regarding both publicly listed and unlisted companies. Lars Lüthjohan Jensen has extensive experience with IPOs and fundraising in both publicly listed and unlisted companies and has within M&A provided advise in numerous large and complicated M&A transactions, including auction processes.
