Philippe Remels specialises in various areas of corporate law, with a particular focus on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, capital markets transactions, corporate restructurings, joint-ventures and shareholders' agreements. He advises both domestic and international clients on a variety of matters.

He has extensive experience with and comprehensive knowledge of regulated sectors such as life sciences, healthcare, chemicals and energy.
