For many years the real estate team has assisted corporations on issues linked to major urban development projects. The team assists in all phases of development projects from the purchase of property, property development and structuring of ownership and letting, management and administration. It also assists at all stages of purchase and sale of property and property companies. Its work frequently involves contract negotiations and contract elaboration, choice of transaction structure with focus on tax and duty, due diligence implementation, financial assistance and documentation drafting.

Føyen assists both public sector and tenderers in all matters concerning public procurement, both before and out of the court.
