With over 19 years of experience, Ole is a specialist in IT contracts, technology law, information security, regulation of copyright, and privacy. Ole assists clients daily with ICT law, including the preparation of and/or choice of contracts for procurements, conducting negotiations, contract review, and dispute resolution. He also works with IP agreements, commercialization of technology, and regulation of the use of intellectual property rights, copyright, and data, both personal data and other data. He assists on both the client and supplier side. Ole is also a certified mediator by The Norwegian Bar Association.

Stede has particular expertise in construction law, environmental law, property law and general contract law and regularly litigates cases before the courts. From his time as a university fellow, Stede has gained a thorough and broad expertise in contract law and law of torts. Stede is a regular lecturer on subjects within his areas of expertise. He has further particular expertise in tenancy law, ground lease for industrial purposes, and development and building law, where over several years he has assisted a variety of clients with contract negotiations, contract drafting and litigation before the courts. Stede has also advised several professional property developers on issues from initiating the regulatory process under the Norwegian Planning and Building Act and the Norwegian Public Administration Act, to completed construction and dispute resolution with contractors and buyers.
