Marianne Klausen

Marianne Klausen’s main field is labour law. Marianne assists in such labour law issues as reorganization and workforce reductions, outsourcing and individual job protection cases. Marianne Klausen has several years of experience from the prosecution and the courts, and assists especially in matters of dispute resolution, including negotiation and mediation. She has also extensive experience with assignments connected to proceedings. In addition to issues of labour law, Marianne assists with questions that lie on the borderland between labor law and criminal law issues. In this connection, she provides advice on integrity issues, including corruption, money laundering and fraud.

Marianne Killengreen

Marianne Killengreen works at the company’s Corporate Department. She has special responsibility for counseling and assistance in acquisitions, reorganizations, generational changes and restructuring both nationally and internationally. Ole Bachke

Ole is affiliated with the department of technology, digitalization, and telecommunications. With over 19 years of experience, Ole is a specialist in IT contracts, technology law, information security, regulation of copyright, and privacy. Ole assists clients daily with ICT law, including the preparation of and/or choice of contracts for procurements, conducting negotiations, contract review, and dispute resolution. Ole André Oftebro

Ole André assists companies with all kinds of employment law issues. For example, he gives advice in connection with rationalization measures and redundancies, complex dismissal matters, whistleblowing cases, employer’s right of management and negotiations. He has extensive experience in dispute resolution and strategic advice. Ole André is ranked as Up & Coming within employment law in Finansavisen’s annual lawyer survey and by the international ranking agencies Chambers & Partners and The Legal 500. In addition to employment law, Ole André specializes in product liability, corporate due diligence and litigation.

Ottar F. Egset

Per Gustav Lilleaasen

Through his work he has prepared a wide range of contracts (both in Norwegian and English). Preben Haugmoen Mo

Preben H. Mo works with individual and collective employment law. He conducts investigations in companies, both in private and public sector, and assists individuals affected by investigations. He has also extensive experience in business transfers and combines his knowledge of labor law and transaction litigation so that human capital of the client’s business is taken care of in the best way possible.

Roar R. Lillebergen

Roar R. Lillebergen works with planning and building law, construction law and real estate law. He is experienced in contract work within his field of expertise, both nationally and internationally. He also assists clients with questions concerning contract law and has assisted in the negotiations of contracts relating to supply of services. Lillebergen also assists explorers and operators within the mining industry, including matters regardin zoning law, land access, concession and other regulatory issues and expropriation.

Stede G. Nilsen

Stede has particular expertise in construction law, environmental law, property law and general contract law and regularly litigates cases before the courts. From his time as a university fellow, Stede has gained a thorough and broad expertise in contract law and law of torts. Stede is a regular lecturer on subjects within his areas of expertise. He has further particular expertise in tenancy law, ground lease for industrial purposes, and development and building law, where over several years he has assisted a variety of clients with contract negotiations, contract drafting and litigation before the courts. Stede has also advised several professional property developers on issues from initiating the regulatory process under the Norwegian Planning and Building Act and the Norwegian Public Administration Act, to completed construction and dispute resolution with contractors and buyers.

Svein Gunnar Stang Hansen

Svein Gunnar has considerable experience in providing assistance with tax and corporate law issues related to various forms of restructurings, transactions, conversions, generational changes, as well as all types of correspondence with the tax authorities. Svein Gunnar has extensive experience, among other things, in commercial real estate, residential development, investment companies, family-owned companies, etc.

Vebjørn Søndersrød
