Kirill Miazine

Kirill has 25 years of experience with IT and over 15 years of experience as an IT and privacy lawyer. Kirill is referred to by Finansavisen as a “Technology Lawyer”. The systematic approach and experience from programming is very useful when working with large complex contracts where structure, consistency, interrelationships, and clear and precise interfaces to surrounding agreements (for example where subcontractors and side suppliers) are crucial.

Knut Glad

Knut works with legal issues associated with the internet, e-commerce, telecommunication and digital media. He has an excellent understanding of the technical and commercial relations in the internet and IT industry. Knut is experienced in general contract law, including production contracts, licensing agreements and other purchase agreements. Lars Folkvard Giske

Lars Folkvard Giske assists clients in connection with ICT projects. He has experience with procurement, negotiations, the use of standard agreements and tailor made solutions in the ICT and media sector. Good technical and business understanding enables Lars Folkvard Giske to assist his clients as a sparring partner in strategic opportunities and choices. He assists also with quality assurance of agreements across legal, technical and commercial considerations.

Lars David Råmunddal

Lars David Råmunddal works with issues related to commercial real estate and has special expertise and experience with real estate transactions, including both sales and purchases of real estate and real estate companies. Lars also has experience with the sale of property which is under construction.

Lars E. Skotvedt

Lars E. Skotvedt assists as a legal adviser in connection with different restructuring processes and has been leading the development of specific tools for documenting critical parts of these processes. Lars E. Skotvedt also advises employees on negotiations, case preparation and legal processing of cases within employment law. He has worked on many cases in the crossover field between employment law and criminal justice. Skotvedt is admitted to the Norwegian Supreme Court.

Marianne Klausen

Marianne Klausen’s main field is labour law. Marianne assists in such labour law issues as reorganization and workforce reductions, outsourcing and individual job protection cases. Marianne Klausen has several years of experience from the prosecution and the courts, and assists especially in matters of dispute resolution, including negotiation and mediation. She has also extensive experience with assignments connected to proceedings. In addition to issues of labour law, Marianne assists with questions that lie on the borderland between labor law and criminal law issues. Marianne Killengreen works at the company’s Corporate Department. She has special responsibility for counseling and assistance in acquisitions, reorganizations, generational changes and restructuring both nationally and internationally. She has special expertise in national and international tax, company law and contract law.

Ole Bachke

Ole is affiliated with the department of technology, digitalization, and telecommunications. With over 19 years of experience, Ole is a specialist in IT contracts, technology law, information security, regulation of copyright, and privacy. Ole assists clients daily with ICT law, including the preparation of and/or choice of contracts for procurements, conducting negotiations, contract review, and dispute resolution. He also works with IP agreements, commercialization of technology, and regulation of the use of intellectual property rights, copyright, and data, both personal data and other data. He assists on both the client and supplier side. Ole is also a certified mediator by The Norwegian Bar Association.

Ole André Oftebro

Ole André assists companies with all kinds of employment law issues. For example, he gives advice in connection with rationalization measures and redundancies, complex dismissal matters, whistleblowing cases, employer’s right of management and negotiations. He has extensive experience in dispute resolution and strategic advice. Ole André is ranked as Up & Coming within employment law in Finansavisen’s annual lawyer survey and by the international ranking agencies Chambers & Partners and The Legal 500. In addition to employment law, Ole André specializes in product liability, corporate due diligence and litigation.

Ottar F. Egset

He advises property developers on acquisition of property, on issues around area development, and assists with facilitation of sales and lettings. He has extensive experience with standard lease contracts for commercial properties. Egset is also skilled in HSE and internal inspections within construction and property industry.

Per Gustav Lilleaasen

Lilleaasen has extensive experience working with contract and construction law, corporate law, finance and legal issues related to real estate. Through his work he has prepared a wide range of contracts (both in Norwegian and English). Lilleaasen also provides general advice and support in disputes concerning company law and general contract law.

Preben Haugmoen Mo

Preben H. Mo works with individual and collective employment law. He conducts investigations in companies, both in private and public sector, and assists individuals affected by investigations. He has also extensive experience in business transfers and combines his knowledge of labor law and transaction litigation so that human capital of the client’s business is taken care of in the best way possible.
