Ole André assists companies with all kinds of employment law issues. For example, he gives advice in connection with rationalization measures and redundancies, complex dismissal matters, whistleblowing cases, employer’s right of management and negotiations. He has extensive experience in dispute resolution and strategic advice. Ole André is ranked as Up & Coming within employment law in Finansavisen’s annual lawyer survey and by the international ranking agencies Chambers & Partners and The Legal 500. In addition to employment law, Ole André specializes in product liability, corporate due diligence and litigation.
