Thunes has considerable experience as a legal adviser on issues related to business premises, with emphasis on rentals, as well as on buying and selling of real estate and real estate companies. Thunes also assists in large part with advice related to development, management, ground leasing, division of property into individual units, and other issues related to real estate law.

Thunes has extensive experience in dispute resolution related to real estate and general contract law, including substantial procedural experience.

Anette Thunes also holds regular courses for clients and in cooperation with course organizers.
