Career

Constantino has 21 years of experience as a lawyer in Intellectual Property matters, in addition to providing legal advice to national and foreign companies, mainly in litigation matters before the various Authorities in charge of such controversies. (Mexican Institute of Industrial Property, Federal Court of Administrative Justice and Collegiate Circuit Courts).

His litigation beginnings in Intellectual Property Matters started at the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property, where he worked for 11 years in the contentious area of said Institute, acquiring extensive litigation experience in Intellectual property matters.

Due to the foregoing, his daily work performance is focused on the defense and protection of the Intellectual Property Rights of national and international clients, through the litigation that is aired in the various instances in order to defend the intangible rights of clients in each of their areas of competence.
