Jacinto is a senior associate at the firm and has over 12 years of experience. He is actively involved in domestic and cross-border transactions related to mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, private equity, and capital markets. Jacinto also serves on the board of directors of several Mexican leading companies as secretary or alternate secretary. His experience includes working as an international associate at Latham & Watkins LLP in New York.

He has acquired a unique expertise representing domestic and international funds, as well as domestic borrowers, in the structuring of “warehouse” facilities in Mexico, particularly in the Fintech sector.

Jacinto has also been the “Corporate and Finance Law” Professor at the Universidad Iberoamericana Law School in Mexico City.
