This is accomplished by working in such a way that our goals and concepts can be integrated through firm leadership that embraces the benefit of our clients. Our firm rather than implementing various gender diversity projects, has a long-lasting policy regarding Recruitment of new female employees (from administrative personnel to trainees, associate lawyers and of counsels), Retention and Advancement (RRA). Specifically, we take gender diversity in recruitment very seriously and as a result during the last 12 months our firm has recruited 3 new female and 1 new male associate. Equally important for us is to "invest" in our peoples' skills and keep them in our family. This is why we have people who start their career with us and advance to senior positions.

We are also extremely flexible in respect of personal need of our people as we are confident that facilitating these does in no way affect their commitment to firm’s need and responsiveness to clients’ requests.

Additionally, our firm implements a number of practices and procedures supporting women leaders recognizing their special and complicated role in our society.
